煮至全部材料'杰和滑' 和泡泡滚即可. 不加任何色素和调味料,

准备一份海绵蛋糕切为四片, 搽上已煮好的班兰浆,
自制忌廉, 植物油忌廉和其它材料....

浓椰浆, 纯班兰水, 糖, 盐, Heon Kwe 粉,
一起拌匀, 慢火煮
