~~心情乱了~~
今天好可怕,在中午时段回家的路途发生意外..我经然撞到一位已经七十多岁骑着摩多车的uncle,我惊慌傻了眼...因为是怕他会...当我车撞到他的时候他人和摩多都翻倒在马路上,幸好不严重只是皮外伤.老实说这位uncle真好人他不但没破口大骂而且还说这是一场意外,虽然他只是皮外伤,希望他很快就没事吉人有天相,也祝福他安康.(我只是一场虚惊而己)

~~Fruity Tart~~
久违了水果挞,在这中秋佳节朋友要送礼..但不要月饼,结果选送水果挞了.
皮料:
面粉 200g.牛油 100g, 幼糖 50g, 鸡蛋 1 粒.

面粉 200g.牛油 100g, 幼糖 50g, 鸡蛋 1 粒.
将面粉和牛油用手搓拌匀, 鸡蛋和糖拌匀至糖溶化,便加入面团里,之后放入雪柜休息一小时,取出压入模形,每份皮料 25g-30g .
馅料:
Pastry Cream 100g,Fresh Cream 100g, 首先将Fresh Cream打发,加入Pastry Cream就变成了Tart的馅料.然后加上自己喜欢吃的水果便即可.
Pastry Cream的做法:
鲜奶500g,幼糖70g,面粉25g,蛋黄粉10g,鸡蛋一粒
面粉和蛋黄粉篩过后拌入鸡蛋拌匀.备用.
糖合牛奶煮溶慢慢拌入以上的粉料.搅拌光滑至煮浓即可.过后还要过滤.就搞定了Pastry Cream.Pastry Cream很多用途哦.
