~~ Mango Pomelo mousse cake 杨枝甘露慕斯蛋糕 ~~
海绵蛋糕一份,
杨支甘露慕司:
蛋黄 2个, 糖 40g, 水 50g, 鱼胶粉 9g, 牛奶 80g, 芒果茸 100g, fresh cream 180g, 芒果酱 2 tsp, 芒果粒适量, 柚子肉适量,煮熟的西米适量,
做法:
蛋黄 和 糖 打至淡黄色,牛奶 煮热, 一起加入蛋黄的混和中,再拌入芒果茸, 再把fresh cream 打起慢慢加进以上的馅料里,再把水和 鱼胶粉 隔水煮溶后也加进馅料里, 过加入芒果酱 , 芒果粒适量, 柚子肉适量,煮熟的西米适量, 拌均匀
准备一份的蛋糕,把以上的馅料倒入蛋糕上, 放进冰箱雪至疑固.
芒果Jelly:
鱼胶粉 5g, mango jelly 粉 20g, 水120g, 把以上的材料煮溶, 倒入已疑固好了的蛋糕上再放回冰箱雪至疑固. 这样就完成了。
