~~Mille Crepe Cake 法式千层蛋糕 ~~
谢谢Ahmok的分享这道法式千层蛋糕. 我也将这蛋糕配上冰淇淋, 香蕉, 核挑和少许肉桂粉再淋上pancake syrup这样的吃法也很享受. 加上一杯Lady Grey Tea..这样品尝千层 蛋糕也有另一番的滋味.

~~ Chocolate Mint Cheese 朱古力薄荷芝士蛋糕 ~~
这款朱古力薄荷芝士蛋糕 令人吃很回味的感觉.
准备三片朱古力味的海绵蛋糕.
芝士奶油 300克, 牛奶水 100克, 细糖 90克, 蛋黄3粒, 将这些材料拌匀至光滑再用热水隔水加热后待用,
鱼胶粉 1 1/2大匕, 水 3大匕, 隔水煮溶,
* BOLS * Peppermint Green Liqueur 3 大匕,
1/4 薄荷香精, 切记薄荷香精不可以放太多, 因为会有苦味. 将以上三样材料拌入芝士奶油里.
动物性奶油 150克, 植物性奶油 200克, 各自打发后, 两者拌匀之后, 倒进芝士馅料里. 就完成了芝士馅料.
淮备一个脱底盘, 放第一片蛋糕, 便倒进一层芝士馅料加入一些chocolate ganache, 又放第二片蛋糕又一层芝士馅料和c.c. , 第三片蛋糕把所有的芝士馅料铺完.
放入雪柜冷藏 三至四小时, 脱盘取出加上一些装饰便可享用了.
