Wouw! I can see the ganache very smooth & shiny. How did you do that, would u mind to share?
DG, actually it's pretty simple. First of all, have the cream ready on the cake. Then, pour the ganache slowly and gradually until it covers the cake. I hope this information helps you. Feel free to leave a comment for any enquiry. :)
