~~ Ginger Butter Cake 姜味牛油蛋糕 ~~


母亲节快到了,想到做什么蛋糕给妈妈... 这款姜味牛油蛋糕 是不错的推荐.

牛油 220g, 糖 170g, 鸡蛋 4粒(A), 姜茸 60g, 蜜饯姜 60g, 姜粉 2tsp, 面粉 250g, 发粉 1tbsp, 苏打粉 1tsp, 原味yogurt 90g,

* 粉类可以改去自发粉 250g, *那发粉和苏打粉就不用加了*

这蛋糕很美味,美中不足的是蛋糕有点 * 散*
