~~ Rose Longan Butter Cake 玫瑰龙眼奶油蛋糕 ~~
这蛋糕有人可以接受,但也人不能接受.. 原因是它有一阵阵的玫瑰香和甜甜的龙眼混合一起.
Butter 牛油 300g, castor sugar 幼糖 150g, Egg 鸡蛋 280g, Honey 蜜糖 30g,
Low protein flour 低筋面粉 300g, Baking powder 发粉 4g,
Rose powder 玫瑰花粉 20g, 加入water 水60g 搅拌待用,
Longan 桂圆肉 200g,
This is just simple as butter cake method. Bake 15-20 minutes * depending on individual oven. 做法就如做牛油蛋糕一样简单. 烤15-20分钟. * 时间以个人的烤箱而定.
