~~ 榴莲蛋糕 ~~



不喜欢吃榴莲的我, 竟然做榴莲蛋糕.. 呵呵


sponge mix 200g. 水 50g, A鸡蛋 5粒,榴莲肉 150g, 食油100g

做法很简单: 先把sponge mix, 水,鸡蛋用快速打8-10分钟,
然后加入食油拌匀, 再加入榴莲肉,倒进8或9寸模型,预热烤箱170c烤30-35分钟至金黄色,
