~~ Fruit Cake 干果牛油蛋糕 ~~



谢谢面子书朋友Siaw Ying Chan的食谱
A:250g牛油
200g brown sugar (我只放180g)
B:5粒蛋 
250g面粉 
C:600g杂果 +4大匙martell酒 -淹隔夜(xo酒也可以 ,量可多加或减少,随个人喜欢) (我只放葡萄干和cranberry400g)

-将A打发加 B,鸡蛋一粒粒加 ,搅均匀后再加面粉 。 
-最后加入杂果 。 
-8寸模 ,大火蒸2小时 ,蛋糕用锡纸盖着蒸 ,以免被水滴到蛋糕表面。

注:在250g面粉里,拿一些洒在杂果用汤匙搅反一下 ,让每粒杂果都有沾到面粉,才加入面糊,以免蛋糕蒸出来,杂果会下沉
