I always put pumpkin seed on top of my green tea cake all the time. But now I trying to have some changes.
每次的绿茶蛋糕表层装饰都是放南瓜子,现在想改变了..

宝贝女儿生日,要求我做这款蛋糕.. 女儿怕弄坏蛋糕所以蜡烛也不放了... ^_^

自己的作品...一定要来个~~Gud Take~~=P

终於完成啦.. 虽然不很美... 但还是满意的.. =)

~~California Prune Cake~~

材料A:

蛋黄4粒(B), 幼糖15g, 奶水或prune juice 20ml, 香草精1小匕(随意)

材料B:

蛋白4粒(B), 幼糖70g+-, 打打粉1/4小匕

材料C:

自发粉85g, 粟米油65g, 黑枣100g(切碎)....围边饼乾(随意)

烘大约25-30分钟, 用160-170"c火
