祝Zeo爸爸..生日快乐, 身体健康.

煮至全部材料'杰和滑' 和泡泡滚即可. 不加任何色素和调味料,
准备一份海绵蛋糕切为四片, 搽上已煮好的班兰浆,
自制忌廉, 植物油忌廉和其它材料....

浓椰浆, 纯班兰水, 糖, 盐, Heon Kwe 粉,
一起拌匀, 慢火煮

~~热带风情之辣辣咖哩鸡配黄金饭~~

鸡腿2个, 小洋葱100g, 蒜茸20g, 香茅2支, 咖哩叶少许, Babas curry powder 25g, 咖哩末40g,
椰浆30g, 清水350g-400g, 盐1 小匕, 糖2小匕, 味精少许. 马玲薯随意, 如果拌入马玲薯最好先炸过才拌入咖哩中
.
糯米加入黄姜粉浸水3个小时, 过后沥乾蒸熟, 蒸糯米时要洒上少许醋. 在蒸糯米也要拌入椰浆分三次加入至糯米熟为止. (可以拌进班兰叶和胡椒粒).

辣辣咖哩鸡配黄金饭是完美的配搭

~~巧克力装饰片的制作~~




把溶化好的巧克力抹在硬片上, 稍乾后, 用弧刀弧线条.
卷自己喜欢的形状, 还要放在琬或其它的筒状等定形, 过后放进冰箱等凝固.
凝固后取掉硬片, 便有各形状的巧克卷条装饰了.
也可以用大红花叶子或其它有条纹的叶子搽上溶化的巧克力.
待凝固后, 脱掉叶子即可成了叶子巧可力片.
